After getting my Computer Science degree, I worked on many different computer systems right up to the latest Intel i7s with Windows 10. As a programmer, I wrote several small to midsize company accounting systems and worked at Crucible Materials Corp. modernizing and expanding their payroll system. I have done a great deal of tech support for both companies and individuals. I also do graphic and web design, logos and animations.
Ease, convenience & quick turn around times are what I strive for with my customers. As we all have busy lives, I endeavor to work around my customer's schedules. For many of my services, I can come to your home or you can simply drop off your system to me.I am always willing to explain what I am doing and encourage you to ask questions. I also will recommend free or inexpensive software tools to assist you in maintaining your own systems.
Taking your PC to one of those service centers typically results in wiping your computer clean and reinstalling Windows. They roughly charge $200 and it can take several days to a week to get it back. My services are $30 an hour. An average service from me is between two and four hours and it is generally done on the same day. I also intend to keep everything on your system intact preventing a complete reinstall.
